Fourth of July is Tuesday! How are you celebrating? What are you serving? It can be a dilemma when following a healthy eating plan. We've assembled some of our favorites we'll be serving to share with you!

Carrot Dogs. I feel like these deserve a drum roll they are SO good!! I know, 'how exciting can a carrot parading as a hot dog REALLY be?'. Well, really good is my answer. I

It's a genius idea and the marinade really makes them taste similar to hot dogs with a perfect consistency for a bun and toppings. And with the low calories and points there isn't any shame in the hot dog bun game either.

Lebanese Chicken Skewers. Perfect if you are grilling! The tangy lemon garlic sauce makes these so good on a hot day. Great dipped in our skinny tzatziki sauce.

Red White and Blue Fruit Salad. Fruit is perfect when it's hot outside. Not only does it taste great but helps keep you hydrated. And this one is color coordinated for the holiday!

Summer Fruit Salad. Another fruity option, this one in all red. Add some blueberries and cut star fruit and you are back at a red white and blue celebration salad.

Arabic Salad. This salad is one cool customer. It's light, fresh and the mint in the dressing makes any day more tolerable.

Sparkling Raspberry Popsicle Cocktail. Popsicles aren't just for kids! At least not in this refreshing, bubbly cocktail!

Watermelon White Wine Slushies. Only three refreshing ingredients make these for-adults-only slushies the cocktail sipper for summer.

Nice Cream. With the texture of ice cream and only one ingredient you'll love this low calorie way to cool off!

Firecracker Meringue Cookies. These red white and blue low calorie cookies deliver on looks and special effects. With a Pop Rocks coating they will explode in your mouth! No fireworks required.
